Online Registration Guideline
As a prospective candidate, kindly follow the below highlighted steps for your successful online registration.
1. First , visit Room 210, 2nd floor, Unilag Consult building, Unilag campus or contact Barrister Adebayo Akinade on 08022771818 or Mr Kunle Kosoko on 08182328516 to make payment for the registration form.
2. Kindly download the registration form by clicking here and fill it properly and completely.
3. Ensure the soft copy of your photograph passport is ready and saved on your personal computer in jpg or gif or png format.
4. Ensure your form is properly and completely filled and attach all your scanned credentials in the Word document containing your filled registration form so as to make a single file.
5. Contact Mr. Kunle Kosoko for your Access PIN so as to have access to the online form page.
6. After being granted access to the online registration page, kindly provide the required details and subsequently upload your passport photograph and the single word document file containing your filled registration form and credentials.
